3. Grid Mark - is a link that you add to your bookmarks to overlay a layout grid on any website. It is cross-browser, activated by simply loading a bookmark and can overlay a ruler, a layout grid, or any custom image you supply.

9. FileLime - it’s the only one free file hosting site that i would be very happy to recommend to all of my readers. It is simple, fast and completely no mess, clutter advertisements. It is time to thrown away your ImageShack and other outdated uploading sites.

StyleIgnite Design Gallery for Web Designers and Developers
A new website latest launched which has caught my eye. StyleIgnite is a cool handy resourceful site that includes hundreds of CSS snippets and styles gallery for web designers and developers. It contains an open repository of many CSS web styles and the source code to use them. You can more easily to implement the practical designs and styles resources on your own websites.
Styleignite.com will help you ‘ignite your site’! We want you to not only be inspired by some of the latest web styles and trends but also be able to use those styles on your own websites.

The Style Gallery on the site includes an screenshot, brief explanation about how to use the style, author and licensing info. Categories are specific for CSS layouts, Navigation, Text Styles, Site Elements, Forms, Graphics and Misc.
